My Guru Sri Sri - Poem by Cha Pan

I had nobody to share my woes
After all what if somebody is there!
They cry with us
Rather cry for us!
But cannot make us laugh!
That was when I met my Guru
That I found that one can be compassioante
Without any rerturns
Without any expectations
He did a lot for me!
Which is beyond words
Even myheart cannot express
The gratitude which I feel for him
He is my god
He is my life
He is everything to me
But for him I would have been
In some other world
Or in a mental hospital!
Oh! My Lord!
Why you love me so much?
Why do you care so much?
For such a being who has
Nothing worth claiming
No beauty, no skills, no talents
Only a handfull of woes and worries!
I prostate before you
At thy holy feet
Jai Gurudev!
Jai Gurudev!
Jai Gurudev!
