My Last Breath - Poem by Ricky Perron

Staring at the stars
I walk among the dark
Empty feelings
Of what I've never felt
The moon is shining
Clear my head
Night is almost done

The new light is blinding
Your silohuette
I can see against the sun
Words I've never heard
Feelings I've never felt
I found you in the dark
I found you in the dark

So I sing these words
You are my one
My only, the one
My life and death
My soul for this shell
Now lay your head
Upon my chest
I could just die
I love you
With my last breath

These things I never knew
Never knew existed
This is our fairytale
Becoming our reality
We create our lives
In our brand new world
Our brand new world

So I sing these words
You are my one
My only, the one
My life and death
My soul for this shell
Now lay your head
Upon my chest
I could just die
I love you
With my last breath

I could just die
I love you
I love you
With my last breath
I'll tell you I love you
These words are my life
These words carry you
Carry you home
With my last breath
I'll carry you home
