My Magical Realism
Some might say
my flights of fantasy
should cease.
And shall we
grudge a child his praying
for world peace?
World peace is a longing, a sincere wish, a dream we want to come true.May it appear as a fantasy or unreality to others.But a sincere prayer does not go vain.Like a child with his innocent heart and with full faith we may pray and try for world peace that may take root in many a hearts.
hi, bharati! yes, we need to nurture the innocent hearts within us. jesus said, unless you become like children, you won't/can't see the reign of God, the reign of love, in the world. thank you for reading and commenting. -glen
amen! i'm convinced that the major character learning for wisdom and a sane adulthood is to acquire resilience in the face of life's troubles and hardship while nurturing a tender, i.e., compassionate heart. thanks for your comment, akhtar. -glen
