once again, Sunday morning, September 29, 2024 at 9: 54 a.m. and continued at 10: 04 a.m. and 10: 12 a.m. and completed and published at 10: 30 a.m.; it is now 10: 46 a.m. and counting, this poem not yet available to readers at Poem Hunter's "New Poems" listing as it should be, immediately upon publication …
The above poem was blocked and wiped twice by Poem Hunter for a number of reasons, including my detailing of many of our family cars being destroyed and family members injured in car 'accidents' caused by third-party drivers in Durham, Raleigh and Cary, North Carolina over the period November 1999 until April 2004, at which point we relocated to Bonita, Springs, Florida to escape ongoing and escalating police violence directed at family members and me by the police and Cary residents, including Daniel Cash Hilliard Jr. who destroyed our 1985 Dodge Caravan in April of 2002 and assaulted me in the process in the same month, for which I took him to court in 2003.
A person named Joshua Robert Davidson seriously injured our son Shawn Michael Ryan's spine in a car 'accident' of July 28, 2002, at about 4 p.m., driving at high speed into the rear end of our Oldsmobile Regency at the T-section of Buck Jones Road and Farm Gate Road in a heavily loaded company truck at a red light where I was at full stop.
Another reason this poem was blocked and wiped was because of my mention of Mr. Fake Name Yukon Mordsmoi in a long Note at the beginning of the poem that stated 'I sent a reply message to Fake Name within 20-30 minutes of this poem being blocked, then wiped, Mr Fake Name being in league with Cary Police in covert police operations and protocols since at least the time I began to frequent his establishment … some two years ago, when he bullied me on the spot the first time I entered his establishment, towering over me in height, much heavier than me, coming right up into my face (to block the view of other customers behind him) as he proceeded to both verbally and physically intimidate me for no reason whatsoever, the people who I was sitting with at the time—an older couple—horrified by his behavior, leaving his establishment immediately.'
