My Torment - Poem by Amanda harding

The depths of hell
Could not compare
My inner torment
Forever there
His words fill my aching hell
But never does it fade away
The pain that’s real
The hurt I feel
Forever haunts me
That feel of hands around my neck
No control
No chance
Is this the end
