Naked Nights Poem by Stephanie Souter

Naked Nights

Rating: 5.0

Walk the trails to reach the gliding water
floating into my groove the water chilled
Wine and crackers for the feast
joy of life for desert

The silence of a day is where the craziness starts
Spinning hips of a snake
Dancing of my arms
the unplanned step of my feet.

The heat of the day still lingers on our face's
Yes we will be here long
no we are not leaving

Dance me freedom of the river
Move me heat of the night

May the summer in California never end.
