Nature in her fury
Retaliated against humanity
For bad stewardship
Destruction of forests
Plastics in seas destroying life
Wildlife species near extinction
Elephants, rhinos, tigers, gorillas.

Insensibility to the planet's needs
Madness of global warming
Temperatures increasing, forests becoming deserts
Ice caps melting, oceans rising
All life fading leaving barren planet
Where humans once reigned supreme
Thinking they were stewards not vandals.
