No One Knows Poem by Rafael Marco Balbin

No One Knows

I don't know what path should I take
Everyone blames me, as if I did a mistake
I need someone to be with; someone to trust
Then I will prove my innocence and that is a must

Things should be back to the way it is before
I should find a way to reach the problem's core
Please stop accusing me of a false thing
You do not know what your actions may bring

Everyone lies and do not say the truth
But all of us should realize that we're stepping on someone's foot
I'm not mad, nor angry to you
I just want to hear from you what is the true

I should really say 'There's no one to blame.'
And it's not my obligation to say sorry
I suddenly realized that you really just know my name
And not my story

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
People should stop blaming others because of their own misdeeds. Yes, you might save yourself, but being saved isn't just the basis. It's always better to say the truth than to lie about something.
This should be a lesson for all of us. Saying the truth is always a good thing.
