Ode To Taco Bell Gone Awry - Poem by Kris Mace

The child cries his mothers name
as she turns the other way,
he'll throw his fit in hopes to get
one last taco this day.

He's seen it work he knows it will
perfected are his pleas,
determined now, his cried demand
for burritos of bean and cheese

This mother has been on the edge
since father took his leave,
her heinous thought ensures tonight
will be his final eve.

Upon her son her dead gaze falls
boiling fear now in his heart,
he's lost control, his bowels are weak
last words a thunderous fart

Hope his mom had some Mace! Gas mask? Perhaps even a fart in return? I give this a 10 for the speed and upbeat rhythm.... WRITE MORE!
