Sunshine Sensation

Oh, Why I Love The Beach - Poem by Sunshine Sensation

The water is dark and murky,
the blue-green waves
mixed with white foam.
I like to sink my toes,
into the exfoliating sand.
The seagulls fly over
the lighthouses in the water,
with big bright lights.
People sail away from the dock,
in their mini sailboats and water jets.
Trash is spread from one end
to the other.
But I don't mind.
The wind brings me at peace.
This is why I love the beach.
