On A Member - Poem by Herbert Nehrlich 2

He'll spout and fret, this bitter
and silly man, he'll taunt
while sitting on the sh*tter
and ask for larger font.

You are too kind to mention
the word illustrious though,
it signifies distention
inside the tubes below.

He battles demons daily
unknown ones dropping by,
is rarely laughing gaily
you may just wonder why.

Our friend IB has said it
he can't remember much
so much plain crap embedded
and rambling on as such.

Methinks he wants to flatter
by imitation one
whose academic patter
sounds in the desert sun.

Thus he must be a preacher,
draconian in his ways,
he won't critique the teacher
nor Lesbians and Gays.

I'll keep this in the middle,
watch how the apple falls,
it may remain a riddle
but all comes down to balls.

You see to shoot your arrow
at those who do not see
your convoluted, narrow
internal misery

they surely are attending
to some internal needs,
perhaps a never-ending
new growth of native weeds.
