One Thought - Poem by Lail Reveal

Heart is a perfect place for events to occur
as nature lives on earth to shatter
from one form to another as a speck of matter

Here the tradition is as new as old for your world
where all seasons stay together without any wait
where rain of pain makes every season sweeter than ever

Yes I laugh at the unskilled cry of your world
it flows like a flood for some yet not a single drop for many who are way more in number than some

In the endless streets of my heart I wander
to find refuge in the dreams that have the colour of lavender

Rising is falling, and is falling the thoughts to touch the savagery of your world
upon the icy cold of waters of all your prison floors and penetrating through the antarctic walls,
so to say what you can't bear to hear is that deep down my heart knows well how to hit the lock with the key of just one thought

I really like this poem opposing the pure world of the heart of a young person with lofty ideals versus the dirty cold world of vicious 'politicians', coroporate leaders and simply snobbish people.

I particularly like the verses, In the endless streets of my heart I wander and the whole stanza that follows. Great poetic imagery expressing a rays of hope that, so I wish, can become a ball of fire shining brightly in this amazing world.

I think that there is an ever increasing number of people in the world who, like you, like us, are trying to fight the apathetic world of greed and injustice. The media are showing us only the 'ocean' of greed (your thrid stanza) resulting in so much misery, the unseen tears and the unseen positive good hearted people are ever present and slowly increasing in number.

I strongly wish and know somewhere deep inside for sure, that the greedy ones are on the losing end. Keep beating the locks, keep making efforts to expose the weakness of the greedy and the strnegths of the soft hearted. Your poems are great in that aspect.

Avoid bitterness in the process, since that is a killer of motivation sometimes. Keep believing in your ideals and make them work. Every small positive difference we can make locally has the potential to start a world wide chain reaction of kindness. Let us start as many chains as possible.

Congrats with this fantastic thought provoking poem. Very well written.

    Best regards. Keep writing
