Peace This Christmas Poem by MTHOKOZISI NTOKOZO MAPHUMULO

Peace This Christmas

Peace this Christmas
Ladies and gentlemen
Listen to the story of a perfect man
He is standing at the back door and trying to make a fence to a woman
Want to hear the hard wood
It fell like a broken wood
She said sometimes love just sick the way and you don't just get it back
Let face it
For once three seconds
He almost turned around
But it will be right to get a glass of wine a drink
It doesn't work:
But he took another glass of wine
Finally he had made a decision to go straight to her wife and talked over the argument they had by the last day or yesterday
He said:
I have seen the way back and I'm gonna take it
It time to be a man and stop living for yesterday
Today is christmas and I need to be peaceful and forgive
Idon't wanna stay my life jaded wasted for just mistake of one day and fight
He throw away the glass of wisky
He said: I've better let all of these things go goodbye
Wasted is wasted and I must just be like a little born child for the first time.

It all goes back to the name of Jesus Christ:
That he came to take our sins away
So who ever is filled with His life can get peace to forgive and forget
The Christmas day has come
How many people are you prepared to forgive
Let us stop living from yesterday
Let us now stop living from the past.
It is time to start a new life
The new day has come
