Perfect Gentleman Poem by Randy Resh

Perfect Gentleman

PERFECT GENTLEMAN

My finest coat flung over puddles
innate instinctual offerings

all without blinking
slightest of thinking

spare such unseemlies

guarding your delicacies
diamonds of dignity

valiant umbrella valet ballet
escorted doors opening

with careful chair pulled seating
attentive tailored table dining

considerate discretion
not to mention
timeless chivalrous courtesies

rarest of women you so worthy
arm-candy haute coture carry

I pamper accordingly so befitting
do so relish as be willing

escalator etiquette two steps
above
as well posterior
ahead directly

ravishing regal leading lady
elevation rising
temperature climbing

how I steal your
rarefied view

Hmmhhh...
simply breathtaking
you...

between muffled gasps
refined affections discerning

time once more to reward myself
social graces affording
