Prayer Of Thanks - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Dear God I come before you now
to ask these things for my love
and for me as well.
To help her know ho much she means to me.
Dear God help her to know how truly
thankful I am to her because I
know and feel all the calming love she sends.
Help her know that I am thankful beyond words
and that she is my Angel and a blessing from you.
Dear God please help her to know the deep
everlating love I feel and it's truth
that will never end or die.
Dear God help her to know that she is the one
I want to be with forever hand in hand,
help her to know I wish to be with her
through eternity forevermore.
Dear God always help her to know she's not alone
and help her to feel me by her side hand in hand
everyday holding her giving her all my strength,
peace, and never ending love.
Help her to know I'm always here and my heart
is hers because I love her as deeply as the universe.
Dear God again please take away all the pains
she suffers as she deseves better in every way.
She's the sweetest most beautiful woman and
I offer to carry all those heavy burdens so
she can be free of the maldies and be free from
sickness and all the pains through her days.
She's the most beautiful woman and deserves so much better.
Dear God please help her feel me there with her tonight
stroking her hair and feeling of all my love,
so she will be at peace knowing I want to be her
man and husband as long as we both exist.
Help to fill her up with all my warmth
and loving strength.
Dear God I thank thee so very much for bringing her
into my life as the greatest blessing.
Help her to know how thankful to her I am
for all the loving, kind caring peace she gives me.
Help her to know I'll always love her and she's my Queen
and I adore her more than anything both on earth and heaven.
Thank you God for this beautiful woman,
help her to know I so deeply love her.
