Public Evil In The U.S.Justice System

'Secrecy is the keystone...Not force, but secrecy... '
- Robert Heinlein, American writer

'It wasn't until three months later amidst public outcry that the police in Brunswick, Georgia finally arrested the two men responsible for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, one of them, Gregory McMichael a former police officer and investigator.'
- a May 8,2020 radio news report

'The US criminal justice system is a broken machine that wrongfully convicts innocent people, sentencing thousands of people to prison or to death for the crimes of others, as a new study reveals...‘The most important thing we know about false convictions is that they happen and on a regular basis … Most false convictions never see the light of the day, ' said University of Michigan law professors Samuel Gross and Michael Shaffer, who wrote the study.'
- David A. Love, 'How America's Death Penalty Murders Innocents', The Guardian, May 21,2012

Evil hides behind public appearance:
a judge's robes, a D.A.'s suit and tie,
a police uniform, falsified evidence.
What really goes on behind the scenes?
How many innocent persons have been
condemned to prison and death row?
