Put Up With - Poem by craig belling

The power of a single text message, amazingly takes under a minute to send and receive.

The phrase I love you or I miss you can put a smile on someone's face all day. to be ignored or to never get recognized by your spouse or friends can make you feel, as if, you don't matter or never did.

Can you guess how I have felt for 15 years, no, how I have FELT.

Being rejected, being felt sorry because I'm a poor, poor, pitiful soul that doesn't know he's not being loved, but put up with.

Now I know how you felt about me, not loved, put up with, because I'm not worthy your love only your pity. I guess I should thank you for feeling sorry for me and my pitiful ass. That's all I'm worth to you, a sorry, pitiful man that you can use, disregard, and literally have no respect for.

So, why not do as you please, hurting me has no relevance, so cheating doesn't matter, because I'm the poor pitiful man that you feel sorry for and put up with.

An insightful train of thought depicting distress occasioned by seeming nonchalant and pitiful attribute of one so dear towards the subject, well articulated and nicely penned with conviction. Indeed ' I love you or I miss you' text message messages sent regularly helps to nurture the bliss of love. A lovely poem written from the heart. Thanks for sharing Craig. (Report) Reply

This is not poetry, Craig needs to get help from someone, he sounds very unbalanced and in a really bad emotional state. Craig is calling out for help, I hope he finds it.. and along with it some comfort and relief. (Report) Reply
