Quiet Night 2 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Sitting here exhausted and intensely tired,
longing and and aching for
you my sweet darling.
I hope you are sleeping well
having the sweetest of dreams.
Where I am holding you and
giving you deep peace and comfort,
where we can just be together away
from the world and it's cold demeanor.
I love and miss you so much
I just want you here by my
side to share our deep loving warmth
feeling complete in each others arms.
Feel me right next to you and
know that I truly deeply love you,
don't feel cold or alone because
you're not I will not make you
take on the world just as one.
I am here for you my sweet Angel so dear,
I'm looking out for you always.
Sitting here so tired on
this quiet lonely night.
I miss you so much and need you here,
you truly give me peace and fill me with love.
All I can really say is that you
fulfill me and I love you completely
in my heart, mind, body, and soul.
You are everything I need and want.
You're my sweet Angel dove.
