Gaia san ....

Ragdoll - Poem by Gaia san ....

Do I, do I,
Do I look like a toy to you
Does this, does this, does this
Does this look like a game to you
I'm not a ragdoll
You can't just toss me around
I'm not a ragdoll
I'll pick myself off the ground
(no thanks to you)
Does this, does this
Does this seem easy to you
Do I, oh do I, yes do I
Do i look content to be used
I'm not a ragdoll
Run to your therapist screaming my name
I'm not a ragdoll
And I'm done with your infintile games
I'm not one of those there-when-you-don't-need-me-but-not-there-when-y ou-do-types
Like you
I will no longer stroke your ego
To convince myself I'm worthy of you
And I know this is strange
No one has ever turned you down
(and neither did i)
But you messed my world up
Skipped town and then left me to die
I'm not a ragdoll
And though I love you with all of my heart
I'm not your ragdoll
So I'll end this, before you tear me apart...
