Rain Fire Poem by Comte Valois

Rain Fire

I can hear the thunder
But I think it might rain fire
It's the middle of Winter
But it's starting to get brighter
And I can see the lightning
It flashes from afar
It falls, and falls, and falls again
It's coming from the stars
I still hear no sound of sirens
No need to sound the alarms
It's all too far away from us
It will never cause us harm
Everyone likes to think they're safe
But I'm not quite so naive
I think it might rain fire
On this quiet winter's eve
