Regular Fella Poem by Leslie Alexis

Regular Fella

The fairytale got turned.
She rescued me.

I am no knight in shining armor.
No prince with charms,
charming to ear and sight,
nor am I Mr. Right.
I am a regular guy.

who farts loudly when no one is around,
and tries to control it when they are.
I haven't got a car or steed of speed
I don't read novels of romance,
or drink wines from old France.
I don't dress with finesse,
but find that cheap is best,
so that's how I dress.

My shoes are worn and their color fade
my hair knots - it's how i'm made...
I am a regular guy.
I hate a tie, and suits to tell the truth.
Mangoes, not grapes are my favorite fruits.
I eat the whole orange, except the skin
And sometime wear clothes fixed with a pin.

But regular me,
who according to the videos
dresses worse than the beast.
yea... have u seen that beast?
Got me Cinderella
Who is also Bella... and more.
How it happened, I'm not sure.

But she rescued me,
and ended my search
with her very first touch...
