Respecting Your Space Poem by Lalit Vivekanand Kamble

Respecting Your Space

Respecting Your Space!

Your boundaries, I will honor true,
A sacred space, for me and you.
A line drawn clear, a limit set,
To safeguard your heart, and not forget.

I'll ask permission, before I stay,
And listen closely, to what you say.
No assumptions made, no expectations high,
Your comfort level, my guiding eye.

Your 'no' is law, your 'yes' is gold,
I'll respect your wishes, young and old.
No pressure applied, no guilt trip laid,
Your autonomy, my heart's parade.

In respecting your boundaries tight,
I show my love, through gentle might.
I recognize your needs, your fears,
And prioritize your joyful tears.

Your space, your time, your soul's fire,
I'll tend with care, and heartfelt desire.
No overstepping, no pushing past,
Your limits cherished, forever to last.

Through mutual respect, we'll thrive,
Our connection deep, our love alive.
In honoring your boundaries dear,
I promise to eliminate every fear.
