Restless Night - Poem by Juge Sopczak

with the sheets
they were you.
With an unoccupied pillow
at my side
I am suddenly reminded
of the emptiness inside.
Waking in the night
to stillness,
a sigh,
a heart beating alone.

I know your loneliness now,
more than you'll ever know.

I must admit that I know this feeling. I have really enjoyed reading this poem. My only suggestion would be to delet the word 'inside' and use 'within' to eliminate the repition. Very well done.
