Rythme Claudicant - Poem by Henri Beauclair

Je me suis grisé d’angélique,
Douce relique ;
La bénite eau des Chartreux
M’a fait bien heureux !

Toutes les femmes sont saintes !
Oh ! les rendre enceintes !

L’onctueuse bénédictine,
Ce matin
En mon âme chante matine !
Je me ferai bénédictin !

Toutes les femmes sont saintes !
Oh ! les rendre enceintes !
