Samantha Poem by Anashree Nash

Samantha

It has been a while;
Since I've gotten so attached to someone,
In the shortest space of time.

Your simplicity and warm nature;
Are the gems that,
Add a sparkle to your life.

Been through the greatest challenges,
Life has thrown at her, though remained;
Humbled and harmless like a deer!

Your charming composure;
Calms the rough seas,
In a brewing storm that is near.

Your grace and your intellect are assets;
That have carried you through,
But its your mischievous nature I love the most about you.

With a heart of gold;
And a persona that would;
Put any gem to shame.

May you always remember;
The value of you and be blessed,
With gods purest gifts to you.

'Your charming composure; Calms the rough seas, In a brewing storm that is near.' would love to see that once, but as an elemental soul I love storms, the sea; loved this poem also
