Searching Solace



I still remember that stay,
that day, that week, that May...
You told you would come,
and i waited all the way.


Time kept ticking,
was painstaking...
You didnot come,
n left me brooding.


I shuddered, i muttered,
n finding reasons...
why i loved you,
loved you for seasons.
