Sevvy Park's Bandstand A True Inspiration? Poem by Tom Allport

Sevvy Park's Bandstand A True Inspiration?

Rating: 4.0

A day in the life
Of Sgt Peppers lonely Hearts Club
Begins with good morning, good morning
For lovely Rita
Who at the moment
Is fixing a hole
Being for the benefit of Mr Kite
Who is getting better all the time
Even though Lucy in the sky with diamonds
Said she's leaving home
With a little help from my fiends
Who said when I'm sixty four
It'll be within you, without you?
To be part of Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.
