...She Drinks Alone - Poem by Hayley Oxborough

There's a pain in her head
And it hurts when she thinks
It hurts when she cries
The only cure is the drink
She'll drink herself silly
She'll drink herself drunk
And drink till the drink
Is no longer enough
And the pain in her head
Is worse everyday
Coz there's no one to call
And no one to see
Everyone deserted her world of misery
