Tempest Grey

She Runs - Poem by Tempest Grey

Glance behind her
She sees nothing
Yet she runs.

Why? Even she
Is yet to learn.
She still runs.

Faster down a hill.
Hair blows from her face
She can see.

Panting, now
Breath aflame
And she runs.

Glance behind her
She sees everything
She runs.
