Shine Eyes - Poem by Navin Vijay Orlando

Early morning rush
Busy people hush
Here and there cars, buses run
Fast and fast like a bullet from a gun

Crossing the road, people many
Things to say are so many
Standing was I silent to cross
With no coin in hand to toss.

She stood next to me
My eyes felt her beauty
Forgetting the tensions, of my duty
I turned, her eyes met mine
It was full of shine
Brighter than bright
Faster than light.
Then we crossed the road,
Short time was it, only seconds,
Left one unforgettable glimpse
Forever, till again she comes.
