Shortcomings - Poem by Charles Hijodericardo

Hello Grey day,
I saw you this morning,
Waiting with a cup of tea

You paint my insides,
Like a lead bath,
And all who wait to be in it,
Can now get in

Maybe I became transparent,
For a moment,
But luckily I was alone,
Looking in the Mirror,
Grey shadows behind me race away,
As if to escape being part of the examination

All Doorways are closed once,
And open once,
When,
I cannot say.
