Silence Of The Shores! ! !

The grueling summer had passed away
A breezy winter evening was it when
I had a walk to remember
To a place merely 5 miles away
Serenity and tranquility defined its beauty
Mighty sun was tanned in red and yellow
Whose smile was seen in the silver sea
Sky was fascinated with mottled clouds
Wind started getting in my hair
Men and women had flocked their homes
The beach was hence congested
Empty spots eluded me for a while
Started roaming for my shelter
Sorrow of sands tasted beneath the burning palm
Atlast found a place to sit and observe
Mind had started healing
Felt like being at peace
Wondered what all were upto
Turned my head side to side
Love passion and laughter was in the air
Girls slowly nestled into the arms of their love
Old couples reliving their magical moments
No place to hide and no place to seek
Yet the kids were engaged in a world of their own
Several kites flew over my head
They seem to hug and kiss each other
Song of the sea was melodious
Tides were strong and looked a tyrant
Sound of the crashing waves was crystal clear
Walking through the sparkled white sands
Made me feel like jumping on a spongy bed
Surf started tickling my toes
Muddy chocolate filled my foot
Tiny drops showered upon my eyes
Clouds might have cried in vain
Sun settled deep down beneath the horizon
Life gives opportunity for all to rise and fall
Now it's the time of the dark knight
Time had come down so heavily
Thousands of footprints lie along the shore
Each has its own unique story
Something different from what I felt
Feeling of freshness returned
I Bid adeau to this exotic location
Forever remains the silence of the shores
