Silent Whispers Poem by Walter C. Edwards

Silent Whispers

Silent whispers in the dark,
near a neon light,
blinking to a rhythm we follow,
as I look out from a cheap motel window,
your body next to mine,
I lose a track of time,
soon we part,
never to speak,
about our silent whispers in the dark.
