Sin - Poem by Prince Adeyoju Ademola

Sin, like a stream,
wash slowly away the blood,
i just wanna scream,
left alone i feel, bored.

I'm going crazy,
guilt's troubling my conscience,
e'en now i feel dizzy,
oh no! I can't feel his presence.

Will I e'er learn?
O wake me from slumber,
every now and then,
gulp I, in red cup, my tears.

Again and again have I failed,
help me Lord to breathe,
I just want to remain saved,
my iniquities are choking me.
