Sleep Well My Sweet Kira - Poem by Michael P. McParland

Goodnight and sleep well
my sweet Angel Kira so beautiful.
I'm sorry I drifted off for awhile
and am still so very tired,
your love though has given me peace
which had been gone for so very long.
Please return to me soon so we can snuggle
every night as we go to bed.
Will you come join me in spirit
to share sweet passionate kisses
and hold each other so tight?
I love you sweet Kira and everything about you
just feels so fulfilling and right.
You are my Angel and you make me whole and complete.

Sleep well my sweet Kira I'm
truly just so very tired.
Come rest your head upon my chest and we'll go to sleep,
first though sharing sweet kisses
and I'll sing some songs to you my sweet one.
Let's just snuggle before we go to sleep,
I want to hold you forever nonstop.
I love you sweet Kira and eternity
with you truly is everything I want,
sleep well and goodnight my sweet one
I'll see you tonight in our
dreams to hold you there too.

I love you sweet Kira and I'll
forever be right here for you.
I'll never stop giving you
my full support and true love,
you truly are my everything and all that I want.
