Smile - Poem by Tori Thayer

Everyday you are in my head.
I think about how much i've missed when i see you.
I wish i were in your arms again.
From every laugh and smile that we have shared together kills me.
I wish i could have the old me and you back.
The time that we have shared together keeps me going.
Hoping that there is another chance that i might get it back.
You were the love of my life,
My shell.
Now that you are gone i am broken.
I wish you could come back to fix me,
So i can have my smile back again.
