Snuggle With You - Poem by Michael P. McParland

As I have waken for the shortest time
my first and biggest thoughts are of you
my sweet lady who I want and miss
and how I love you so much.
So I reach out in spirit and with a big kiss
I pull you in for a comforting snuggle.
Feel my arms around you as I kiss you
so light and so sweet on your fore head dear.
I just want to snuggle with you
and help both of us feel complete and good.

I just want to snuggle with you
and get rid of this lonesome gloom.
I just want to hold you so good and say I love you dear.
I just want to snuggle with you
and feel the glow of our hearts
as I look into the eyes of my Kira I love.
I just want to snuggle with you
and have the pain healed that I feel inside.

In this short wakeful moment my first thought was
of my one and only true love Kira
and that I so deeply hurt and miss her,
and that I know you hurt and miss me.
So in spirit I reach out in love and comfort
to give you this kiss and snuggle.
I love you dear Kira and so very desire to hold you,
so let's rest here in deep peace and snuggle together.
Oh my sweet beautiful Kira I truly can't live without you.
