Weeping Willow

Soft Pains - Poem by Weeping Willow

Soft pains
split my heart
Tears are all I know
Your voice echos through
the phone
Struggling to hold on
as I quiver to your tone
My heart bleeds
as I listen to your story
Always different each time
Filled with sadness of all the madness
entering your mind
I feel lost
My prayers seem unheard
Although I still believe
God has touched your life
with some kind of light
Though dim
He must be there within
your mind
My prayers are whispered
every night
That somehow your darkness
will become light
Soft pains split
my heart within the madness
that you breathe
I lay my heart at God's feet
Saying please heal my daughter
of this disease
For drugs have collapsed
her life
In front of me.

It's really to tough to take soft pains in somebody's image. Good (Report) Reply
