Some Day - Poem by miled khaldi
Some day, they' ll celebrate the crime of my success
Some day, they' ll crown my head with faith and blasphemy
Some day, they'll strew my own path with pretty petals
Irrigated with bloody sap and salty tears.
Some day, they' ll put the lights while decoding the West
Some day, the beautiful face of authority will be disfigured
The policeman' ll shout himself hoarse, will end up unheard.
Some day, I'll knead colours into flags of practical use
Trees of ordinary rarety and books hardly worth thinking about.
