Star Wish - Poem by Patricia Gale

If I were to wish upon a star
I would find myself in your arms
It makes no difference
The season or the night
Time or place it would all remain the same

Whispered low with a sigh
Eyes closed
A tug upon the heart
Your name I would know
And the wish not so vague
