Subconscious Malice - Poem by Brandon Griffee

Was this but a dream within a dream,
or reality pristine?
Did thee consume divinity,
or satanic stringency?
Melancholy tears brandishing fears.
A white wall with black smears.
The blackness, it fights….
the conscious’ rights.
Conciliate the resistance.
Cement with the substance.
