Sunlight Hours - Poem by Vastine Marie Tecala

Oh the sun is arising
But glance at me
Still, I’m on bed wishing and dreaming
No task to do it seems.

If you’re on my shoe you’ll become conscious
And feel what I feel
The vastness of the sensation
That nobody else could reveal.

I wish he’d still memorize
The exact words he’d spoken
Words that made me hypnotized
And flew my heart to heaven.

Oh, I could still remember
The day you said I adore you!
Its sounds really heaven
Do you really mean it too?

It was the launch of my yearning
For your love I’m craving
You were telling me then
That your love is undying.

Now, gaze at me…
Is it not enough for thee?
Instead of lifting my soul to bed
Here I am lying and dreaming with beg.
