! ! ! Terrors In The Crowd! ! ! Comments

Rating: 4.9
A nation when burns by the terrors in the crowd
By the bloody serial blasts by the killer goons
Yesterday in Bangalore, alas! Today in Ahmedabad
The whole country seems rocked by the horrors

'Still I hear the fretful cry under the sunset glow Night devours the light by the darkness Leaf loses its green by the gusty fires Flower refuses to bloom by the captive of soul'.....freedom....everyone wants freedom....terrors are predators...they are just waiting whom they preyed...a nice eye opener for all..this is great...naizz

That's what I'm talking about. Where CURVES OF SILENCE left me confused, TERRORS IN THE CROWD left me angry for two reasons. 1. That there is so much hatred and violence in a world where so many loving and good people live. 2.That you ARE more talented than I am. Good show. I not only understood this poem, but felt the pain and utter futility of war and killing. I loved this poem. Thank you for writing it. Your poet friend, Dan Lloyd

'Tears drizzels all through the innocence of love'...Why does it seem that even the worst of human beings have the ability to love...but yet choose to harm or kill...and why so often somewhere in this world there is hatred and turmoil and somewhere in this world we have not a clue it's happening? ...10+ One of your best Subhendu! - Cathy

A very powerful and intense write. Wonderful imagery showing the useless carnage of terrorism. 'The blood flows across the city and citadel Tears drizzles all though the innocence of love Death tolls as it roars by the apprehension Nobody knows yet tomorrow be a black day' I will never understand the twisted reasoning that allows anyone to, indiscriminately, kill so many innocent people, often even those of their own towns and villages. Thanks for a great read. Richard

Dear Dr. Subhendu, A vivid portrayal on the burning issue of Terrorism and the recent blasts in Bangalore & Ahmedabad. It brings out the anger against the satans of humanity, the blood-thirsty wolves in sheeps' disguises... Godo read...

I think this poem is intense and direct so it shocks people into realising what is going on in the world and far too often people are stuck trying forget about things like this. It's very well written and adresses important issues Katie
