The Big Tree - Poem by Ismim Putera
The earth land has one big tree,
The big tree is surrounded by the big sea,
It will send it fruits and flowers to the big sea,
The sun, the moon and the stars shine the big tree,
The wind and rain dance around the big tree,
As it is the purest source of life for eternity.
A big man lived under the big tree,
The big man started to envy the big tree,
He wanted all the fruits from the big tree,
And wanted the earth land for himself only,
The big man cut down the big tree,
And the big tree fell into the big sea.
The big sea cries furiously,
The wind and rain spin angrily,
And splits the earth land violently,
The big man is running fearfully!
Oh! How terrible that would be!
And that is happening to us lately.
