The Boiling Water Comments

Rating: 3.2

A serious moment for the water is
when it boils
And though one usually regards it
merely as a convenience

This is a memorable comic poem by one of our humorous champions.

A deep interpretation on boiling water. At first it seems trivial, just to prepare the temperature for cooking, but assuming a more involved perspective, boiling its changing the state of calm water. It is becoming completely different as it transforms into an agitated, bubbling mess and into exhausted steam. This poem can make you pay attention to the importance of things that are seemingly insignificant.

Occasionally there is someone around who understands The importance of this moment for the water If we will ever be close to anyone again. Serious the recognition of the probability That we will, although time stretches terribly in between... wow, beautiful work. 10 for it.

Carried me along nicely until revealing the serious side of seriousness. A good bit to enjoyably contemplate here.

Yeah, when one starts performing its job it becomes serious. like a match burning, A cloud poring and a duck begins to swim. Falling in love is serious if you intend to keep it for ever. Nice poem.

The poem is quite thought provoking and is a reflection of the poet's philosophical thoughts: A serious moment for the water is / when it boils A serious moment for the match is / when it burst into flame...

Really a mind blowing poem yet serious as when idle match inflames to fire, as moon is serious by its full moon,

I really get this because I'm always thinking these types of things... most people believe something is how it is. Why doesn't everyone else see beneath the surface, looking at an everyday object a different way? Awesome poem :)
