The Candle Poem by lillakvinna ABC

The Candle

Handicraft made in varying colors
Truly magnificent work of art
Some shapes like little flowers
Others are made like hearts.

Aromatic scents you can choose
From earthy, fruity and sandalwood
There's plain you always use
At home or with food.

Candles all over the place
In bars, cafes or graves
Economically used in different ways
Cheap and affordable to save.

Any occasion there's a candle
In tables, coffin or altar
When lit, like glowing embers
Burns houses too, this little fire.

But candle is really useful
Making light when it's dark
Bringing warmth when you're cold
Arousing feelings like a spark.

It is also pretty scary
In any burial or Halloween
Try to visit the cemetery
At nightfall, you'll be freakin'.

Can you imagine without candles?
No electricity, you will suffer
There's risk to only cuddle
Gets pregnant again, that's disaster.

But I have warning though
Don't play with fire friend
As old saying says so,
You'll get your fingers burned.

Those candles are real cutes, lovely to look at and be with. Adorable.
