'Today it is their [Mexicans'] grandchildren and great grandchildren who are there [in Texas], on the same battlefield [the Alamo, other locations] to hymn the Americans who stole their lands. History is full of ruse and cunning.'

Part I

The Chinese connection to Raleigh Police continues,
runs deep through faculty, students and staff at North
Carolina State University (NCSU) , about which I will
elaborate now … then more to come as I share many
more Parts which in total comprise this entire narrative.
Let me begin with Ke Huang, research professor in
the School of Veterinary Medicine, a soccer fan and
English Premiere League soccer supporter who told me
while shopping in the Raleigh State Farmer's Market
wholesale barn that nothing would please him more
than to meet with me on an English Premiere League
Saturday at a local soccer pub to watch a match or two,
Arsenal and Manchester United preferably; however,
when I went about doing just that, calling him at his
NCSU office phone within a week to invite him to see
a match on tv, he made excuse after excuse not to meet
me now or at any future date. Said he would be too
busy now as opposed to before (when he was sharing
the truth as opposed to now) , his lie comprising his
short set of excuses not to comply with his previous
request—it was him, not me, who originally suggested
that we watch some English soccer matches together,
great fun if you can get it, spend the quid to make it
happen. Clearly, he wasn't Interested though he just
swore he loved the game, the way the English played.

Now on to NCSU Engineering graduate student Zhang
Yichi—last name first in Chinese—and his infamous flying
helicopter …

to be continued …
