The Day In The Tub - Poem by I HATE ME PACHMAYER

As i lay back i'm watching the water run, all else is blocked out.I can hear nothing.I watch the water riseing, higher and higher. It goes past my lips, i think 'do it' 'do it' I then slowly start to slide down, it reaches my nose, i begin to exhale, I go under....My eyes open, the silence is almost eerie to the soul.I exhale more just to make sure every bit of air i have is out of my body.I look up as i begin to watch the last bubble of what holds my life float to the top. POP......The count down begins.......
