    Quite a subtle poem even though it is brief. In part I see it as a satire about leadership-
    so many people want to be leaders, like the speaker. Once he is made leader, though, he is insecure and indecisive. I like this.

    Yes, of course you can be a leader. Having positive motivation and values within and doing selfless service you can proceed ahead. You want to be a leader is the great ambition.
