The Luckiest Man - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Because of you sweet one and all
the warmth and love you give to me,
I am and always will be
the luckiest man on earth.
Not much more right now can I add to this,
for I feel an overly long statement
would make it lose its power.
So I just want this short message to convey from me.
That you are to me with no flattery intended,
no overstatement given,
and 100% from my heart and soul in love unconditional,
the most beautiful woman on this earth,
and your love and kindness are my universe.
Simply put I love you dear and because of you
and all you are I truly am the luckiest man there ever was.
